Rental by Owner Direct at The Signature • Las Vegas
All rates include administrative and resort fees. Our discount to you is 30% to 60% OFF of The Signature Hotel's
asking price. Any refresher maid service you choose to have will be quoted to you based upon your needs.
Tax Rate: 12.0 %.
Refundable Security Deposit Required as outlined below:
A $200.00 deposit is due at the time of booking. Deposits are 100% refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations 30 days or more before your arrival date are fully refundable with a service charge of 10% of gross sale.
Cancellations 30 days or less of your arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.
Owner and Guest Rental Agreement:
Guests will conduct themselves in a manner that will not disturb their neighbor’s peace and enjoyment. Please be advised that
you, as the guest, will encounter assessed charges for the following violations:
a. If damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. If damages due to pets or problems in abiding with pet regulations of the Signature MGM.
c. A minimum of $35.00 will be charged to any room that is left excessively dirty or "trashed".
d. If linens are lost/missing or damaged.
e. NO Early check-in or late checkouts unless authorized and paid for. Grace period is 15 minutes.
f. If the renter is evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, and/or the
security company employed by The Signature Condominiums, LLC, the guest will encounter a minimum charge of 250.00.
g. A minimum of $200.00 will be charged for any damage done to Furniture and Fixtures other than normal wear and tear.
Assignment or subletting is prohibited unless authorized and approved by Signature Rentals Owner - Direct. Failure to comply
with rental agreement is breach of contract. Upon receipt of funds for any reservation is acceptance of this contract in its entirety.
